My Vision

I have a vision where leadership is a force for transformation — in business, in life, and in every season. A world where people wake up inspired by the work they do, proud of the lives they’ve built, and fulfilled by the impact they create.

I believe leadership isn’t about hierarchy — it’s about humanity. When we create workplaces where people feel safe to grow, seen for who they are, and supported to lead from within, we unlock something powerful: cultures that thrive, and businesses that endure.

My Story

It all started when I was 4 years old, organising all the other kids at daycare to sit down and wait for the teacher for story time… I believe great leadership isn’t about titles or hierarchy — it’s about harnessing natural talent, creating cultures where people thrive, including the mums rebuilding their confidence and careers after stepping away to raise families.

But my path hasn’t been traditional. I’ve juggled full-time leadership roles, being a working mum raising two neurodiverse boys, study, founding businesses, and training as a competitive bodybuilder — all at once. I live what I teach: resilience, discipline, emotional intelligence, and an unwavering belief that we can lead big lives without burning out or playing small.

With 15+ years in executive leadership roles across the public and private sectors, I’ve built a career grounded in impact. I’ve led high-performing teams, founded my own businesses, and created award-winning outcomes on the New Zealand stage.

I hold a Diploma in Management and a Degree in Business and Leadership. But more importantly, I’ve spent years in the real world — crafting strategies that turn uncertainty into momentum, and guiding ambitious leaders to back themselves and lead with purpose.
